Hrnomica Advisory LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We are stating that clearly and up front because it is the heart of this page. Even so, some privacy laws give you specific rights, and we want it to be easy to exercise them.
Our position
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. Because of that, there is no sale or sharing for you to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this page and provide a clear way to opt out before any change takes effect.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to be protected from discrimination for exercising these rights. We honor these requests regardless of where you live, to the extent we are able.
How to make a request
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you would like us to do. We will confirm that we received your request and respond within a reasonable time. We may ask for a small amount of information to verify your identity, so that we do not disclose information to the wrong person.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If you do, we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you, as the law allows.
What we collect and why
We collect only the information you send us directly, such as your email address and the content of your message. We use it to respond to you. Our privacy policy explains this in more detail, and our cookie policy explains why we set no tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep the correspondence you send us only as long as it is useful for the relationship you started or as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we remove it. Because this site itself stores nothing about you, there is no browsing history for us to retain.
Where you ask us to delete information and we are able to do so, we will confirm when the deletion is complete. In rare cases the law may require us to keep a record for a set period, and if that happens we will explain why rather than simply decline.
We also make sure that any service provider who handles information on our behalf is bound by confidentiality and deletion obligations no weaker than our own, so that a request made to us is honored all the way through the process.
Children and this site
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
If the law changes
Privacy law continues to develop, and our practices will follow it. If a new requirement applies to us, we will update this page and our internal practices together, so that what we publish matches what we do.
You can always compare the current date of this page with our privacy policy and cookie policy, which describe related practices. Between them, those three pages give a reasonably complete picture of how we handle personal information and what choices you have.
