Request an assessment

Tell us about your organization and what you would like to improve. We will respond with an honest view of whether we can help.

An assessment is the most common way our relationships begin. It is a focused engagement that maps where productive time is lost in your organization and produces a prioritized view of what to address. To request one, complete the short form below. A member of our team reads every request and responds personally.

What happens after you submit

We review your request and arrange a short introductory conversation. That conversation is a chance for both sides to decide whether the fit is right. If it is, we propose an assessment scope, timeline, and working approach. If it is not, we will tell you so and, where we can, suggest a better direction.

What helps us prepare

You do not need to write a brief. A few sentences about what feels slow, unclear, or heavy is enough to start. It also helps to know your approximate size and which parts of the organization are most affected. If you have a senior sponsor in mind, mention it; the strongest engagements have one.

What we will not do

We will not flood you with materials or pressure you toward a large program. We will not promise outcomes we cannot control. And we will not share your information beyond what is needed to respond, as described in our privacy policy.

What we need from you

To scope an assessment well, we need to understand three things: the size and shape of your organization, the specific friction you are feeling, and who inside the company can sponsor the work. You do not need to have the answers worked out in advance. Often the most useful starting point is a plain description of what feels slower or heavier than it should.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us is treated as confidential. We are glad to sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before you describe your situation in detail. We limit access to your information to the people working on your engagement, and we follow the practices set out in our privacy policy.

We are also glad to work within your own information-handling requirements, including vendor onboarding procedures and security questionnaires. Large organizations often have good reasons for those processes, and we would rather complete them properly at the start than discover a gap mid-engagement.

Prefer to talk first?

If you would rather ask a question before requesting an assessment, use our contact page, call us at +1 (617) 555-0142, or write to [email protected]. We are glad to talk through your situation with no obligation.

About the form

This form is for inquiry only. Submitting it does not create a contract, does not enroll you in anything, and does not commit you to any engagement. It simply opens a conversation. When you submit, you will see a confirmation page and can return to the home page from there.
